I would describe the people at Gorvins to be approachable and welcoming. It’s also a good place to learn and grow as a legal professional.
I spend a lot of time out of the office compared to others as practicing in Crime means I often have to attend Court, conferences or interviews. However, I have never felt less integrated into the team. I think this is a testament to how friendly and welcoming everyone at Gorvins is.
I have worked at Gorvins for just shy of a year, since finishing University and my LPC, so I am still learning a lot. More experienced members of the team are always willing to share their expertise and help me to understand new concepts and learn new skills; and I really enjoy that this allows me to develop without feeling out of my depth.
I appreciate the firm's supportive culture, which encourages professional growth and values fresh perspectives. Having the opportunity to collaborate with approachable, enthusiastic senior colleagues provides me with mentorship and insights that are invaluable as I navigate my early career. Overall, the blend of learning, support, and engagement makes the firm both an exciting and rewarding place to work.
I would describe Gorvins as a group of incredibly competent, yet ‘real’ bunch of people. No question is ever too much or too silly, and I would say that they provide a fantastic environment to train and develop, as a junior legal professional that is coming up the ranks.
