Greater Manchester-based solicitor, Gorvins LLP, has led the acquisition of Stockport-based, family business, William Turner, by the UK’s leading uniform and sportswear specialist, Banner.
William Turner, with its head office in Stockport and factories in Skipton and Nelson, was established in 1969 and specialises in supplying school ties and schoolwear accessories.
The third-generation family business, which has the widest range of stock ties in the UK, will continue to operate as a trading division of Banner as the company approaches its busiest trading period in the run-up to the new school year in September.

Gorvins LLP acted as solicitors for the acquisition deal.
