Tracey qualified as a lawyer in September 1999 and has more than 25 years of experience providing strategic employment advice. She has held the role of partner and head of the employment team for many years.
Advising on contentious and non-contentious areas of employment law, she has also conducted complex employment tribunal claims and employment litigation, covering whistle-blowing and complex discrimination issues.
Tracey also advises on organisational issues, including large-scale redundancy and restructuring programs, mergers and acquisitions. Praised by her clients for providing pragmatic, commercial and sensible advice, Tracey is recommended in the Legal 500.
Sarah has been practicing employment law for more than two decades, having started her career at Eversheds in 2000. Sarah deals with all aspects of employment law and offers significant experience in advising on many complex areas, including TUPE and large redundancy exercises, complex discrimination and whistleblowing matters, tribunal proceedings, enforcing restrictive covenants and injunction proceedings.
Extremely well regarded as an expert in her chosen area of law, Sarah is known for her commercial and forward-thinking approach, being proactive and a problem solver, and is recognised in the Legal 500 as an employment law specialist.
