About Natalia

Natalia is an Associate Solicitor in the Employment Law Team. Natalia undertook her law degree at the University of Birmingham. She returned to Manchester to complete her training contract at a large regional firm in Manchester City Centre. Natalia joined Gorvins having qualified as a solicitor on the 2nd March 2023. Natalia assists the team with a variety of legal matters. She has experience in both contentious and non-contentious aspects of employment law. This includes providing advice on settlement agreements, preparing tribunal documentation for both claimant and defendant businesses and individuals, assisting in disciplinary investigations, drafting employment contracts, and drafting workplace handbooks and policies.
