About Ines
Ines joined Gorvins as a newly-qualified, Corporate & Commercial Solicitor. She had trained at a strong, regional practice previously, having completed her training contract seats in Corporate, Commercial Property and Clinical Negligence. Ines had also worked as a Paralegal in Commercial Litigation at an International law firm in Birmingham City Centre, prior to qualifying.
Ines holds a degree in History and Politics, and then went on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL), followed by a masters in Professional Legal Practice (LLM LPC). As a member of our Corporate & Commercial team, Ines works alongside Paul Lupton and Christian Mancier on all aspects of transactional work, including share and asset acquisitions, corporate restructurings, MBOs, corporate de-mergers, drafting commercial contracts, and negotiating business terms and conditions.
Ines is particularly focused on developing her specialism in advising SME business owners and shareholders throughout all stages of a business's lifecycle. Taking the time to understand her clients and their businesses, by developing close working relationships with clients and colleagues alike, is the part of the job that Ines loves the most.
