About Ines

Ines joined the Corporate and Commercial team in June 2024, as a newly-qualified Corporate & Commercial solicitor. She had trained at a strong, regional practice previously, having completed her training contract in Corporate, Commercial Property and Clinical Negligence. Ines had also worked as a Paralegal in Commercial Litigation at an International law firm in Birmingham City Centre, prior to qualifying. Ines has a degree in History and Politics, where she then undertook the Graduate Diploma in Law, followed by the LLM LPC. As a member of our Corporate & Commercial team, Ines will be working closely alongside Paul Lupton and Christian Mancier on all aspects of transactional work, including share and asset acquisition; corporate restructurings; MBOs; commercial contracts; and negotiating business terms and conditions. Ines is looking to develop her specialism by advising SME business owners and shareholders in all aspects of a business’ lifecycle. Taking the time to understand her clients and their businesses, by developing close working relationships with clients and colleagues alike, is the part of the job that Ines loves the most.
