Darren Cook

Darren is experienced in defending Police Officers in proceedings brought under the Police Conduct Regulations. In addition, he has assisted in the case preparation of a wide range of serious criminal defence investigations, including Misconduct in a Public Office, serious sexual offences and fatal road traffic accident collisions. His career in law began in 1996 in a private practice in Doncaster before joining its criminal law department as a Legal Clerk in 1998. He qualified as a Police Station Representative in January 2002. He has been predominantly representing Police Officers since 2009, seeing cases through from the initial attendances at interviews in the investigation stage through to final hearings.
