About Danielle
Danielle Hewitt is a Trainee Solicitor in the Commercial Property team where she works on a range of commercial property, property finance, and high-value residential matters.
Before joining Gorvins in 2022, Danielle worked as a Paralegal in a high-volume residential conveyancing team. She completed her law degree at the University of Law in Manchester in 2017 and will qualify as a Solicitor via the SQE route. Danielle passed SQE1 in July 2024, achieving a place in the first quantile of candidates.
At Gorvins, Danielle advises clients on property finance transactions, commercial leasing, acquisitions and disposals, and assists on development projects. She also has experience in plot sales. Danielle works with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, developers, investors, businesses, and lenders.
Danielle is an active member of the committee for Future Stockport, a networking group for young professionals.
